ONC and other agencies administering HITECH funded activities will work closely with Federal partners to codify agreements that will support the reporting of all Recovery Act activities in compliance with Section 2.9 of the OMB February 18, 2009 Guidance. MOU language will be developed with the relevant agency outlining the expectations for information to be gathered, frequency of reporting, ability to assure that the data are reliable, timely and complete. Recipient reporting as required by ARRA Section 1512.
