Federal Program Description Lead Hazard Reduction assists urban jurisdications with the greatest lead paint hazard need to undertake programs to identify and control those dangers, such as abatement, inspections, temporary relocations, risk assessments and interim control of lead-based hazards in eligible privately-owned and multi-family buildings occupied by low income families.
