Federal Program Description Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task forces develop an effective response to cyber enticement and child pornography cases through forensic and investigative enhancement, training and technical assistance, victim services, and community education.

Flow of Funds Funds are held by the federal entity and drawn down to the New York State Police’s General Fund and then dispersed as expensed by the ICAC Task Force. The funds have been allocated to support the existing Task Force affiliate agencies in their endeavor to combat the online sexual exploitation of children.
