Water quality program grant that provided funding for water quality planning activities authorized under the Clean Water Act and ARRA of 2009. This project will provide funds to develop green infrastructure plans for watersheds and water conservation plans for the State of New York. There is a 40% pass-thru requirement that must go to rehional planning baords and/or interstate commissions.
